Explore how culinary spices and herbs can be your ally for optimal digestion as you strive for wellness in your mind, body, and spirit.
Kit Yoon will facilitate the connection between your mind and your body so you can take care of yourself from your own intuition which is the best inner healer of all.
Jennifer Ball will focus on immune supportive herbs and nutrients. She will also share some recipes and home practices for immune support as well.

Rebecca Ness, LAc, OM is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and Qigong instructor. Betty Ann Su-Tok Brown a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, receiving her training from California College Of Ayurveda and is the owner of B Well Ayurveda Health Coach, LLC. She has trained and received certificates in meditation training, Reki Level 2, and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy. Betty is also an experienced RN of 18 years, with a BS in Nursing from the University of Minnesota.
