Did you make a New Year's resolution to lose weight or eat healthy? Learn simple shifts you can make in your cooking and eating habits to meet your New Year's goal and improve your nutritional health. Registered Dietitian Jenny Lobb will share tips for healthy eating whether you prepare meals at home or whether you eat out often. Enjoy a cooking demo and sample some of Jenny's yummy recipes.

Jenny Lobb is a Family and Consumer Sciences Educator for OSU Extension in Franklin County. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and a Master's in Public Health, both from The Ohio State University. Jenny is also Registered and Licensed as a Dietitian in the state of Ohio. As an Extension educator, she specializes in food, nutrition and wellness and enjoys helping people learn to prepare healthy, tasty and easy to make meals on a budget.
